Return and Refund Policy

Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

We allow you to return all new, unused, and resalable items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  If your return request is due to product defect or damage, we will first work with you to get the product repaired. If repair is not possible, then we'll work with you to get it replaced. Items showing installer or consumer abuse will not be accepted.

The buyers are responsible to the return delivery fee,  There is no Restocking fees. You would return by mail, and pls do contact us if you need any support and information.

How do customer process a return?

When will customer receive refund?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your return item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your returned item after inspection.

If you item is approved, we will then refund you the amount of the item to your original payment method within 24 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
